We were delighted with the trip that this travel company helped develop for us.  Our agent was a delight and was always helpful throughout our trip preparation, no matter how many changes we had.

Our agent told us to contact her if we had any problems while in Italy, no matter how small and now matter if it was all worked out. When we got to Venice, our first stop, we had a problem with the driver that was picking us up at the airport.  I texted our agent who responded when she received our e-mail.  SEveral days later she told us that we would be reimbursed for the airport transfer.  As promised, I had a check in my mailbox when I returned.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning a trip to Italy.  They are wonderful to deal with.
