Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This was our 40th wedding anniversary trip, and its was planned as a 5 star tour, with a tour of Amalfi and Sicily staying in some of the grand Hotels of the region. In many respects this trip exceeded expectations, and our travel agent found us the kind of hotels and tours that we enjoyed. Our agent also found us some interesting restaurants to try, and made certain that we had good tables.

We had a couple of glitches during the trip, but these where dealt with promptly and professionally.

We even made some last minutes changes to our itinerary; all handled smoothly.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

All of it, it's actually difficult to identify parts that where more stand out than others. But the three that do stand out are Taormina, was amazing, and the trip to Etna was breathtaking. Also waking up with a view of the valley of temples in Argrigento. The private boat trip to Capri. The list goes on

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We just didn't have enough time to do everything that we wanted. We're already planning our return in a few years when we'll add some more time and go for at least three weeks. That way we can see more.

We'll also go slightly earlier possibly in late May; as the weather at times was too hot for touring.
