Travel Review: Luxury New Zealand Vacation, Christchurch, Kaikoura, Waipoua Forest Hiking, Jet Boat Tours

We had the most incredible vacation of our life, and this travel agency, especially Shannon, are to thank for a large part of that experience. Shannon truly went above and beyond, with maps highlighted, instructions that surpassed our GPS, and was in quick contact with us if there were any 'hiccups' in our schedule. If Shanon was out, someone from the company would contact us in a timely manner in her stead. We had one event cancelled due to weather, and the refund was promptly made to our account. We would heartily endorse these people to plan any future trips we might take.  We were new to NZ, and Shannon's suggestions were excellent.  Some of the accomodations were a bit more than we expected.. we didn't need 5 star treatment on motels, but really we had no complaints about any of the lodging. She always got us a great view from our room, and many of the motels we were sorry to leave.  Shannon, and the staff of this travel company, thanks for making our first trip to New Zealand unforgettable!
