Thank you for taking the time to post your review and we are delighted you enjoyed your time in New Zealand. It is disappointing the weather did not cooperate and the scenic flight to Milford Sound had to be cancelled, however we were happy that you were still able to visit this stunning part of New Zealand by road. The operator didn't advise us that the scenic flight had been cancelled, hence why you hadn't been refunded. Once we learned of the cancellation, the refund for the difference in cost between the scenic flight and the coach transfer was processed.
