Being the first time I've booked with a travel company, it was a wonderful experience where we were able to let go and enjoy the ride! Our travel company provided excellent service: great hospitality and very organized but also flexible at the same time. The fact that it was just my brother and I exploring with our guides was a big plus as well, making the interactions more personal. While there was a schedule setback one day (which was out of the travel company's control), the staff more than made up for it with their efforts and generosity.
