The service from this travel agency was extraordinary from the first moment of planning this trip until our final transfer to the airport. The planning took us some months as we were coordinating with other family members. Our US planner was readily available, extremely helpful and always patient and pleasant, even when we asked to change or rearrange plans. Once in Poland we were connected to a fabulous contact person to help us with any need that arose during the trip. She too was constantly available, always pleasant and extremely helpful. We were also amazed at the professionalism, commitment, knowledge and experience of our English-speaking drivers and guides, who took great pains to provide the best possible experiences. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Because of the professionalism and personal attention from our travel agency, we truly enjoyed a high quality, stress-free vacation at a reasonable price.
