This has been my husband's and  my third experience with Zicasso referral for our summer trips since 2013. They all have been very successful, reason why we keep coming back to Zicasso whenever we plan to take a new vacation. For our last trip, just 10 days ago, we were referred to  this travel agency which the highly organized and detailed services have exceeded our expectations. Since our first contact, our agent made us feel confident about the plans with her inputs and also her ability to listen, and put in place our wishes to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. We not only would recommend this agent to any our friends but we will definitely work with her in our future travel to Portugal. She was always very responsive to our questions and requests, and she is also a delightful person.
