Travel Review: Luxury Rwanda & Tanzania Safari Vacation

Unfortunately, we unexpectedly had to cancel out trip due to circumstances beyond our control. So, sadly, the best part of our trip was the planning. This African safari operator proved to be outstanding from our first phone call. The many calls and emails that followed were an education and a wonderful experience due the amount of care, detail and genuine interest that they consistently demonstrated. Even when met with the crisis of having to cancel, they were our advocates and did anything they could to minimize the disappointent and expense of our change in plans.
