I asked for this travel agency to set up all the details for my trip to Thailand.  I work a lot and it's difficult for me to plan these things for myself, so I left it in their hands.  I gave them a few parameters to work with and they came back with several options from which to choose.  My trip was spectacular.  I saw things that I had never imagined that I would.  I ate delicious food.  I met fascinating people from every corner of the globe.  My guides were very personable and knowledgeable about the local culture.  They spoke English well and communication was easy.  The accommodations were well chosen and convenient for me when I was exploring on my own.  Transfers were smooth and they took care of all of the details.
