Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The itinerary was very good. Overall organization was good. There were some small problems. We were not met by the representative at the Hanoi airport as was promised, so we had to call the office and then they sent somebody. Seats were not assigned on the internal flights and as a result we were bumped off from one flight. Some guides had very poor English and couldn't understand when talked back. We had to ask questions as they were not very eager to talk. In couple of places guides probably had other arrangements and were rushing to get rid of us as they had to make it someplace. Tour to Mekong delta didn't follow the itinerary and we didn't go to some places that were mentioned. The dinner that was included and was described as wine pairing and wine experience, was very far from it: Waiters didn't speak english and when we asked if we can see the bottle he said "no, only by the glass", nobody could even describe the wine. But since my husband is a wine lover and collector we could manage oursleves. We still loved the trip and would definitely come back. We would use this company, but would have to monitor more closely all the arrangements. The email communication was excellent and somebody from the office was constantly calling to make sure that we are ok.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Saigon was very nice, the art tour was incredible. Cooking lessons were excellent. Great hotels choices, very nice transportation arrangements and scheduling (time to pick up, transfers) was on time. All guides were very polite and caring.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would make sure that all seats are assigned on all the flights and maybe upgraded to business(this option was not offered). I would make sure that hotel rooms are booked as I requested and upgraded if necessary. The dinner that was included we would rather take a voucher and order the food we want then have it preordered. The guides should be interviewed since some of them can speak but understand very poorly.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for your feedback about your recent trip to Vietnam with us. I apologize for the unpleasant moments that you had during the trip. As said, my passion is to arrange the flawless and memorable trips for my travelers, however, things sometimes happen out of my control. Especially the visa fast track which is arranged with the assistance of an immigration officer at the airport, thanks for our very good connection with them. There might be some hiccup occurred during the peak season of tourists such as Christmas which makes you wait for about 10 minutes before they can assign an officer coming to assist you. I believe the process for visa had gone smoothly then. Just my personal sharing that with normal procedure, you will have to stand in a long queue and it could take up to 1 hour during high travel season to complete the visa process.

I appreciated your understanding and your input regarding our Fast Track visa services, Guides in the Center, Wine Tasting, business class on plane, Mekong delta tour. All of them are priceless comments for us to improve the services for our company's future clients. As people said, we keep learning…

On the other hand, I believe that both of you also had many wonderful moments during the journey. I noted your good comments about Saigon, Arts Tour, cooking lesson and the selected hotels. We shall actively recommend them to our customers.
