We could not have been more pleased with the service of this travel agency. This was our second trip to Spain (we had used another Zicasso recommended company for that trip to the Basque region) We are active arts, architecture, history and food and wine oriented travelers. The hotels were all well situated and provided great service .. drivers and guides very always on time, knowledgeable and gracious. Our agent was a pleasure to deal with and when an airline cancelled an internal flight she was responsive and available . She put together an itinerary that reflected our likes and active pace.   I considered the pricing to be fair and a good value. I have no personal or business connection with Zicasso or this travel agency.
