Travel Review: Luxury Spain Vacation

Before the trip - Our agent worked with us to arrange exactly what we wanted in terms of schedule and itinerary. But she also went above and beyond to make restaurant reservations in advance. She was quick in responding if I had any questions. And she worked within our budget. We had the opportunity to review everything in advance and make changes to ensure everything was perfect.

During the trip - She was accessible before our trip and while we were in Spain - she called to check in AND she even stopped by the hotel to introduce herself. When we decided to change plans, she handled it for us completely and made sure we were refunded any deposits.

She provided a clear itinerary to know when we needed to leave the hotel to make our flights or appointments. She arranged transport to and from the airport, which made things so much easier.

 I wish this travel agent could arrange all of my trips. She is based in Spain but speaks great English. She even has a NY phone number so I could call without having to dial internationally. Honestly there was nothing that could have been done better.
