Our trip to Spain was fantastic! We had never been to Spain before and didn't have a clue on how to start planning. I was so happy to find Zicasso's website - they supplied us with two great travel specialists, and after getting an initial itinerary from each we chose one that worked perfectly for us. We decided to stay in the northern half of Spain for a more leisurely experience, and after communicating with our travel agent through email and Skype, he put together a wonderful trip for us that appealed to our interests of music, culture, history, nature, and our Catholic faith. He supplied us with vouchers for private drivers, tour guides, high-speed train tickets to Toledo, hotels (all wonderful), events, and even plane tickets from Santiago de Compostela to Barcelona. Everything worked perfectly, and every guide was great! The agency was on hand during our trip if we had any questions or issues, like when our flight from Santiago to Barcelona was delayed by 2 hours and we wanted to get word to our private driver in Barcelona, and they were always very friendly. I would definitely use their services again.
