This agent was fantastic to work with. She answered our questions promptly, was friendly, professional, and clearly an expert in her field.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We enjoyed all of our tours - turtles laying eggs, seeing turtles hatch, Arenal Volcano and Tour, and the beauty of Flamingo Beach. All of it was extremely enjoyable as well as transportation, guides, and tours offered.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Probably would not stay at the Evergreen Lodge
