Travel Review: Luxury Tour of Croatia & Italy, Dalmatian Coast, Venice, Dubrovnik

I can't say enough good things about this agent and her company.  

In planning the trip, they were highly responsive to requests and preferences.  Our agent offered her recommendations and provided useful feedback when we were asking for something that wouldn't really work well.  I was impressed with the effort and thoughtfulness with which our agent learned about our travel goals and preferences.  She did an excellent job tuning into the experience we wanted and we were never disappointed.

While on the trip, there are three areas of distinction.  First, our agent was highly responsive in adjusting plans at our request.  The weather forecast called for rain when we were slated to take an outdoor excursion.  A call at 5:00 p.m. asking to juggle the schedule was all sorted out with new plans an hour later.  Our agent and her team presented a couple of alternatives and it all worked out perfectly.

Second; Our drivers were exceptional.  The drivers spoke fine English, they were very friendly, knowledgable and responsive and made our trip so easy.  It's clear that they communicate among the team for our benefit.  Little things like handing us tickets and taking care of all logistics were a gift!

Third; The hotels selected were really on the mark.  The hotel keepers were responsive and coordinated with our travel company on our behalf.
