The entire trip was perfect. We worked with this agent to plan every detail of the trip. Once we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome package and a smart phone to use in country to keep intouch with the travel company, which was very helpful. The accommodations were excellent, as were the planned tours. The level of service from this travel company was the best.
