As well as seamless transfers and logistics of getting around, our agent's choice of day trips and restaurants was perfect. It was truly door to door service, with our guides waiting for us when our transfers arrived, and our drivers knowing exactly when we would be finished lunch.

We loved seeing Siena and San Gimignano; two beautiful medieval Italian towns. Beautiful, and our guide was so knowledgeable. We were told of the award-winning gelateria, and our guide made sure we knew where it was and left us with plenty of time to try some gelato before we needed to leave.

When we first arrived in Florence, we checked into our room to discover a gift of local Tuscan produce; some wine, biscotti, truffle oil and truffle honey. Really considerate and we were very touched!
