Our agent and his entire team provided us with an unforgettable travel experience.   Our trip started off by being met at the airport gate by a host, who greeted us warmly and whisked us through customs.  Both drivers and guides were warm, attentive and professional.  Our drivers were able to provide us with information on the areas we drove through and local customs.  Our guides were experts and made Italian history, art, politics, and culture come alive through the use of stories and themes.  It was clear that our agents were in constant contact as even the one hiccup we had, was promptly taken care of.  Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our trip and recognize the level of effort and planning that went into our trip.
