Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The trip that this travel agency created for us was absolutely perfect and amazing in everywhere! Hotels were wonderful and centrally located; the excursions were semi-private small groups and included key attractions in each city; travel between cities was effortless and flawless. We were consistently impressed by the quality of each experience, as well as the ease of connecting with different tour guides and groups (all of our tour guides were waiting in easily identifiable locations). Our agent was also incredibly responsive during the planning process; she emailed promptly whenever we had questions and provided us will all of the necessary information and vouchers. Everything was of the highest quality. Without question we would use Zicasso and this travel agency again in the future!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Every part of our trip was fantastic. However, a few places definitely impressed in particular:

-Florence, in general was absolutely amazing, including tours of museums and the Duomo and simply walking around the city

-The cooking class in Florence was possibly the most fun we had; it was not-stop laughter and entertainment and the food was quite good

-We really enjoyed the excursion to Cortona and Assisi; you could easily spend an entire day in Assisi and not be bored

-The boating excursion to Capri was amazing; the captain was fantastic and scenery was breathtaking. Capri itself was also very beautiful

-We had a private driver take us along to Amalfi Coast (to Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello); each town was serene, quaint, and beautiful. The driver was great, as he took plenty of pictures of us, recommended a fantastic place for lunch, and provided explanations of each town

-The tour of Vatican City was amazing; it was so much more than we expected going in! We were amazed at all that we were able to see and enjoy!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Honestly, there is nothing we would change about this trip. You could easily spend 5-7 days in Rome and 5-7 days in Florence. If we had more than two weeks, we would probably spend more time in each of those cities. However, that being said, there are so many other places to see in Italy, it's hard to focus on just one area. We are looking forward to going back in the future and exploring other parts of the country!
