Travel Review: Luxury Trip to Italy, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Tuscany, Local Culture

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our travel company made our experience!  From not being able to check in to our flights online to having a driver with car troubles, our travel company associates were always responsive, timely and helpful in correcting the situation.  They even would send us dinner recommendations and offer to make reservations.  The private vehicle transfers were perfect -- clean, nice vehicles with competent, friendly drivers.  The accommodations they helped choose were unique, grand and comfortable.  All activities were impeccably timed and private tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly.  My wife and I had been to Italy before, but using this company made the trip so much better!  We would definitely use this travel company again and have already recommended them to several persons!
