Travel Review: Luxury Trip to Portugal, Lisbon, Peneda-Geres National Park, Outdoor Adventures

Our 12-day trip to Portugal was lovely. It is a beautiful, welcoming and interesting country. The best part was our agent from this travel company. We were so very fortunate to find her through Zicasso. All the glowing reviews were right. She tuned into the kind of trip we wanted and tailored each hotel and activities to our interests. Every detail was considered. She meets every client on the first day of the trip with a GPS, a phone usable anywhere (with her number on speed dial) and a portable modem so we could get free wifi wherever we were. We decided to ditch the car a day early (to spend more time walking is Lisbon) and our agent's partner showed up shortly after our call to return the car for us. We cannot recommend this company highly enough due to the personal service. They are good listeners!
