Professional and responsive during the planning process. Our travel agency was very willing to accommodate any changes we had to the itinerary in the planning stage as well as the trip itself. There were some minor hitches during the trip (not having the reservation on the restaurant we wanted, not including the Jaipur market as part of the itinerary, etc) but nothing major. As long as you speak with the local coordinator on any feedback or changes, they would be happy to accommodate. Also, they were able to provide the security and safety we needed as 2 women traveling alone in India.
