Travel Review: Mother-Daughter Tour of Australia, Sydney, Melbourne, Kangaroo Island, Port Douglas, Phillip Island, Blue Mountains

I was extremely pleased with the trip in every way.  From the time I first spoke with our agent, she listened carefully to our preferences and planned a trip that was ideal for us.  Initially we discussed options and our agent developed an itinerary.  We spoke on the phone and she made changes that we requested. Shortly before leaving, she spoke with us again, explained everything in detail and followed up on a few last minute concerns.  When we arrived in Sydney a driver met us at the airport and a personalized booklet was given to us at the hotel with detailed information, voucher #'s/tickets, and descriptions.  All of the accommodations were what we had requested and the tours were of exceptional quality.  We were consistently well located and rarely needed taxis as a consequence.  Some highlights were the lovely B & B at Kangaroo Island, the tour to the Blue Mountains (outstanding guide), and the wildlife encounters at Kangaroo Island, Phillips Island, and the sanctuaries in the Blue Mountains and at Port Douglas.
