Travel Review: Mother-Daughter Vacation in Greece, Santorini, Athens, Mykonos, Paros, Delos, History, Local Cuisine

I think our itinerary was a great introduction to the Greek islands. I think I would modify the Delos tour. the communication was not great as our driver just dropped us off a half mile away from the ship with no directions for where to go or how we check in or get our boat tickets or anything regarding our pick up later. We had to call the contact number to figure out what to do, although they were very helpful and were able to talk us thru getting our boat tickets pretty easily. But then we got a call in the afternoon saying our driver was waiting for us when we hadn’t even left Delos because we didn’t know we were supposed to be back at a certain time, so we just took the bus back from town later. I would maybe stay in a couple different hotels also. The hotel in Mykonos: the room was very nice, the breakfast was not great (the hot foods were never replenished and were gone both days even if we got the early), location was not ideal as we had to take a bus to get into town or walk a ways to get to a beach without loud dance music and chairs that had to be rented. The hotel on Paros was very nice, and I would definitely still stay there again. The hotel on Santorini: I loved that they served breakfast in the room, location was convenient though no view, hotel receptionist was great with recommending restaurants or excursions, but the only downside was that after the first day there was an awful smell in our room that would not go away (and we double checked everything in the room to make sure it was not something that we had brought in ourselves)

Our main concern is that our clients have the best and most smoothly vacations in Greece, this is why we try to communicate with you during your trip and solve any incidents that might occur. Unfortunately the pier from where the boat leaves for Delos island does not have direct access to cars, so people have to walk a little bit to get to the boat.

Regarding the currency issue, all our offers are sent to the clients only in Euros from the beginning of all communications, but maybe there was a misunderstanding so this is why we acted immediately and send you an updated offer according to your budget in US dollars.
