Our travel agent has been responsive from day one when we contacted her company out the trip when we were experiencing difficulties with the airline and luggage. She has been most attentive to our requests and responsive to our questions. She did a fantastic job with the travel arrangements, everything was confirmed and worked like a clock.

We had a great time in New Zealand.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Most of the activities were enjoyable. The scenic airplane ride followed by a boat trip to Milford Sound, the 'helihike' (helicopter and hike on the glaciers) and the volcanic crater tours were true highlights.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Pack more smartly and have just a carry-on. We might opt to stay at some places a day longer and take it easy, we moved from ;place to place every 2 days on average.
