Our travel planner and her team at this travel agency made our 2-week tour of Portugal a trip we will not soon forget.  From the time our plane landed in Lisbon until our departure everything was stress-free.  The staff working with this travel planner are very professional and extremely friendly.  It was great getting to know them all.  I would especially like to thank our guides.  The day trips to Sintra and Evora, the Fado night, the time in the Duoro Valley, Porto, and especially Medeira were all memorable.  The hotels were always 5-star, and the service was exceptional.  This is the second time we have used Zicasso (last year in Patagonia- Argentina/Chile).  It is certainly the best way to travel without having any of the worries or stress that can occur when vacationing, especially when you do not speak the native language.
