We were very satisfied with how knowledgeable our travel agent was about Turkey and her connections in the cities we visited. She recommended great hotels and guides with one exception. Our guide in Ephesus (Harry) did not seem as knowledgeable or interested in being a guide as the wonderful guides we had in the other cities. The pace of the tour was good and we ended up adding additional sites on our own time. In regard to zicasso we received contacts from only two travel agents. We selected Patricia from this Turkey tour operator and were very satisfied with her. She was very responsive and knowledgeable.
