My husband and I booked a 10 day trip to Scotland through this company.  Our agents were phenomenal and a pleasure to work with!  Everything was perfect--our trip went off without a hitch.  Whenever I had a question (from the beginning and through our trip), our agent responded to my emails quickly and completely within a couple of hours despite the 5 hour time difference.

Initially, our agent worked with us to customize our trip; she made recommendations for our itinerary once she learned  about us and our interests.  Although we had a schedule, the days were flexible enough for spontaneity.  The accommodations were great.  All of the hotels, inns and guest houses were wonderful and the staff at each of these locations really cared about the guest experience.  We were especially pleased with our driver and guide.  He was knowledgeable about the country and Scottish history.  He, too, took time to learn about our interests so he could ensure that we were making the most of our experience.  I highly recommend this agency!
