Travel Review: Spain Vacation, Andalusia

If I could give this rating more than five stars, I would! Our short trip to Spain was full of unforeseeable hiccups but our travel agent and her colleagues were phenomenal in resolving every issue and helping us at every turn. They were so responsive from day one and we had direct contact with her every single day. My parents had the misfortune of getting pick pocketed and lost their passports and our agent was quick to the rescue and quickly changed our itinerary to help us get access to the Canadian Embassy in order to process our passports. She managed to get us through the passport mishap, a flight cancellation and a tour departure miscommunication flawlessly. Our travel agent and her team was so fantastic and made our trip so enjoyable. If we booked this ourselves and without the help of her and her team, it would've been a headache and a half. I cannot say enough incredible things about this travel company and I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone that goes to Spain. If we could book all our travels with her and her company, we would!!
