Travel Review: Spain Vacation, Flamenco & Tapas Night, History & Culture, Architecture

We just got back from a 10 day trip to Spain, coordinated for us by this travel agency. I literally cannot say enough about how perfect & flawless they were. They went above and beyond on each step of the trip, starting with having us met at the airport by a native English speaking driver, dressed in a suit, holding our name on an IPad, (not scribbled on a piece of paper like others we saw), and escorting us to a spotless Mercedes van, and whisking us off to our perfect hotel where they had upgraded our room to include a private terrace. We had 4 different tour guides while we were there and each one of them were excellent. The guides also went the extra mile by surprising us with buying us little snacks, adding in extra stops, and in one case, having a professional Gypsy Flamenco dancer join us on our Flamenco & Tapas night, to help explain it all to us! Our travel agency upgraded our train tickets to business class for each train ride, and consequently we were given access to the VIP lounges. In another city, our hotel was upgraded to include a private rooftop terrace & hot tub! Every single detail of the trip went off flawlessly, all guides and drivers (always in a Mercedes) being on time and so professional, courteous, and friendly.  It was definitely the best trip we have ever taken, creating memories to last a lifetime, due mostly to the excellence of this travel agency.
