Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

What a great trip! All of their bookings were top notch - hotels, transportation, tours and restaurants. Their providers were very personable and created a very unique and personalized experience for us. Our agent was available to us during our trip, which was so nice. We had a problem at one of our hotels and our agent took great care to remedy the situation for us with a phone call.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

While all of our tours were incredibly interesting, we particularly enjoyed our time learning about the local cheeses at the sheep/dairy farm in the Basque region and our experience with our travel agent and her family on their olive oil estate, learning about making the oil and enjoying it with their delicious food!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Our itinerary really was ideal and we spent just the right amount of time in each of our destinations. So we probably would not do it differently, but if we were to go again, we would like to spend more time in the smaller towns and less time in the bigger cities. We really enjoyed exploring and experiencing the beautiful scenery and the slower pace of the smaller towns.
