Travel Review: Spain Vacation, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Granada, Nerja, Toledo

We would upgrade our hotels and spend more time researching the details of the available activities.

Nerja would have been a better experience if we had stayed in a better hotel.  The hotel in Seville was wholly unacceptable, but our agent was able to make a change to a wonderful hotel.

I'm sorry about your disappointment with the guide in Barcelona. I have talked to the guide and he admitted that he had a bad day because of a serious sickness of his sister. However, I apologize that you didn't have the experience that you deserved.

Regarding the hotels, after hearing that you did not like the hotel in Sevilla, I immediately found you a 5-star  hotel and I paid for the extra cost. I'm glad that you were able to change hotels and that you were happier.
