Travel Review: Summer Family Vacation to Italy

The travel agent booked rooms on the first floor of every hotel (4 in total) we stayed at. Something that really bothered me. She also paid no attention to my request for connecting rooms, despite the fact that she knew we are a family of 4, parents and two children ages 9 and 11.
