Great customer service, great hotel selections and seamless trip!  They were so accommodating to what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go and knew the exact trip we were hoping to have.  When the weather cancelled an excursion, they immediately got us re-booked on a different day.  All of the transfers to and from locations, excursions and airports went perfectly.  Also the tour guides we had couldn't have been better!
