The service provided by our travel agent and his company was absolutely superb. I found this agent through a search on Zicasso and from the beginning he was extremely responsive and knowledgeable.  It started with this agent getting an understanding of the type of vacation we were looking for and then iterating through his recommendations as we learned about the various options and fit with our schedule and budget.  It turned out to be a fantastic vacation and everything he recommended and explained to us was completely accurate and very helpful - from best (and most ethical) elephant tours to the location of hotels to modes of transportation to...). 

One other major value in our agent's services is that he lives locally. Throughout the trip, he was always available to assist with any challenges or requests or just to answer questions about such things as the best place to get a massage. He was able to schedule last minute excursions, change airport transfers when flight times were changed by the airline, and give us peace of mind that he was able to assist when we needed him to.
