Travel Review: Tour of Australia & New Zealand, Sydney, Wellington, Auckland, Melbourne, Rotorua, Phillips Island, Ayers Rock

Our trip was very well planned and the activities matched our need for learning, sight-seeing, and free time to explore.  Our planner definitely listened to us and understood what was of interest to us.  I felt the standard of comfort was good and matched our expectations and the long days were balanced with the free time.  Our pre-trip debrief was really helpful and had us prepared for everything.  We had only one hiccup with a shuttle pick-up and we knew just what to do when it happened, thanks to that call.  The choice of accommodations and planned activities was excellent and just enough to keep us busy and still leave time to explore.  In short, our planner listened and did what we hoped and then provided great support.  We are very glad we used this travel agency rather than try to find the right things ourselves.  They knew all the secrets.  In the internet age, it is hard to sort out the good outfitters from the bad and they did it really well.
