We visited Prague and Croatia and couldn't have been happier with our Travel Agent, with our travel company, or Zicasso for linking us together! The trip was seamless and perfectly laid out so that we could get the most of our time and experiences!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The most enjoyable parts of our trip were when we able to relax and enjoy the journey itself, and enjoy the local people, their customs, and the way they live. Having the trip planned for us by someone that knew the area and knew what we would expect and encounter gave us the chance to have a leg up on what we might experience and places we should visit.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only thing we would do differently is to hopefully have only non-stop flights within Europe so that we didn't have to worry about flights being cancelled or diverted. We only had one such encounter, and our travel agent worked everything out so that we could jump right back into our trip.
