Travel Review: Tour of Italy

To anyone researching their next big vacation: if you are like us and don't know where to start..don't fret! After aimlessly browsing hundreds of sites online we always found ourselves at Zicasso. There, we entered in some basic info not expecting much in return but to our pleasant surprise we're contacted swiftly and pointed to this travel company. The lovely staff at this travel company reached out to us and immediately we knew they were the best choice. Not only were they informative but our agents made us feel like they genuinely cared about our wants and needs. We are not the easiest people to work with because our busy schedules and indecisiveness make it hard to communicate..but they were not phased. Everything we asked for, they found a way to make it happen! (In a very short amount of time, I must add!) Our trip to Italy for 10 days was nothing short of perfect. We had the best service everywhere we went, our drivers and transportation that our travel company set up for us were always on time, friendly, helpful, and professional. There were times we had minor issues (late check-ins, being lost) and within minutes they were not only solved but compensated for. Overall, the trip was very enjoyable and stress-free.
