Travel Review: Tour of Italy & Germany, Venice, Munich, Berlin, Local History

We had excellent service, with good communication with this travel company. All of our connections were handled well, and when our train was delayed on the way to Berlin we were able to communicate with our travel planner and adjust the schedule.

The one thing that was a slight problem involved our flight from Venice to Munich.  When we checked in we found that there was an additional charge for luggage.  This involved going back and forth to a different cashier.  luckily we had plenty of time.  It would have been better if the charge had been pre-paid.
