We highly recommend Zicasso and and this travel agency (and have already referred several friends to the site). We had an amazing trip and and our travel agency took so much of the worry off of our hands. If a driver was supposed to be at a location to pick us up at 8:00, they were there by 7:55. Every. Time. From arranging travel to booking excursions or restaurant reservations, our travel agency made the process simple and easy. We worked primarily with a travel planner who was awesome and we highly recommend her as well. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to utilizing Zicasso again in the near future!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We had many, but traveling through the Tuscan countryside and visiting the small Italian towns tops the list. Way has its own unique architecture, cuisine and, the best part, red wine! Having drivers arranged to take us around made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable, we would go back in a heartbeat!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only thing we would do differently is allocate time differently. We started in Venice for 3 days and we feel like 2 would have been enough. Other than that, everything was wonderful!
