Travel Review: Tour of Italy, Rome, Florence, Venice, Orvieto, Pompeii, Vatican

My son wanted to go with me for spring break to Italy. We got in touch with this travel agency through Zicasso, and chose our agent. He contacted me with a lot of questions and suggestions. With his help, we pared down the trip to 8 days, seeing Venice, Florence, Orvieto, and Rome. I have never had such a seamless trip. Everything was handled for us, the hotels were great choices and just what we asked for, the guides for our tours were every one amazing (thanks to our guides in Venice, Florence, Orvieto,  Rome, and in Pompeii -- all stellar guides -- and to our driver in Rome). The company provided Italian SIM cards for our smart phones and texted me periodically to make sure everything was going well. They took extra care to check on us even on the one night that I booked myself (I wanted a particular B&B in Orvieto). They also texted me restaurant suggestions when I was looking for something specific. They arranged a private car and guide for our day trip to Pompeii. Our travel agent exceeded all our expectations. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
