Travel Review: Tour of Italy, Switzerland & Germany, Tuscany, Bavaria, Lake Como, Positano, Capri, Alps

This was my husband and I's first international trip.  Our agent planned a 15 day trip with 6 different locations (3 different countries.) We had a great mix of days that included planned activities and days that we were free to explore on our own. 

All of our destinations were pretty spread out but the agency found a way to make an itinerary that included the original places we wanted to see as well as a couple new ones.  Even with a lot of travel in between destinations and with a lot of "moving parts," the entire trip went so smoothly.

We started planning our trip 3 years before taking it but due to medical reasons, we had to keep postponing it.  Our travel agency was very understanding and patient.  Throughout planning, they offered personal opinions, answered all of our questions, and tweaked the itinerary when requested.  Before leaving for the trip, we received a very details packet with a precise itinerary, advice, and recommendations.  During the trip they were accessible even on a Saturday when we had a question. Very easy to work with!
