Travel Review: Tour of Spain & Italy, Bologna, Tuscany, Rome, Venice, Sestri Levante, Cooking Classes, Wine Tours

We were blessed to find this amazing agency as I was at a loss for navigating the trip of our lifetime on my own.  Our agent was a "true gem" who made our trip everything we thought we wanted and more.  Her specialized and compassionate guidance truly made our trip, that of a lifetime.  She listened to what we like, our lifestyle, key passions and more to create a very special trip which we loved.  Leaving the planning up to someone else is a bit scary but not with our travel agent, she stayed in constant communication and passed each choice by us to see if this was okay with us.  She made some amazing choices that we would have missed if we planned this on our own.  We were given pointers on where we would find great meals in the area and sites we may not want to miss.  We had scheduled several cooking classes, tours and tastings and all were a hit and memorable, not to mention we feel we made new friends who we will keep in touch with.  When we go back we would not even think of using anyone else to make our experience special.  Thank you to our travel agent and Zicasso for our dream vacation.  Did I mention I only gave our agent about 2 weeks to plan this trip, she is a GEM!!!
