Travel Review: Tour of Thailand & Vietnam

You won't go wrong using this company for your travel arrangements.  I cannot say enough about how pleasant this vacation was compared to others we've taken.  If or when I travel to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, or Laos I will definitely use this company again!

This was our first time using Zicasso, travel company, and a travel planner.  We've always planned our trips in the past  and didn't realize what a treat it is to use a professional!  Our travel planner was wonderful.  We started out with a request for two weeks in Thailand; then it became a month-long trip to Thailand and Vietnam.  It was an absolute pleasure having someone else plan our trip with our input and then make all of the arrangements - flights, hotels, cruises, sites...   We didn't have to waste time figuring out what we were going to do each day and how we would get there.  There was also flexibility built into our schedule so we were able to change some tours during our stay.  The other beauty about having a planner is the help we received throughout our stay.  For example, I left medical equipment at security in Heathrow Airport before we ever got to Thailand.  A major problem for me!  By contacting my travel planner I was able to replace my machine the day we arrived in Thailand.  It would have been a disaster without it.   You might think a few calls and I could have replaced my machine myself but in a previous experience in the Windward Islands on the Caribbean trying to replace equipment parts, took three weeks - practically our whole vacation - to fix.  

This travel planner definitely listened to how we wanted to spend our time in Thailand and Vietnam and made it happen.  In Thailand, we wanted to go to a part of the country where tourists don't usually go.  He made it happen!  He also was always specific about what he could do for us and what he couldn't.  He planned a wonderful mix of tourist sites and cities.
