Travel Review: A Tour through Ireland

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this travel company through zicasso. Thank you to our agent and team!

Pros:

• Every booking/reservation was as-described, pre-paid (car included) and without issue. I had zero problems with 12 nights of accommodation scattered throughout Ireland. A+.
• The insight on what to see and visit was spot on. This was the biggest value to me, not having to spend any time figuring out what to see or not by reading countless reviews. This group knew what to see, what wasn't really worth it, etc.
• Quality of the experiences and hotels selected. Really great. A 4-star hotel in Ireland may not always be a 4-star for the US, but by and large my wife and I were very pleased (if not impressed).

Opportunities:

• I didn't hear a lot from my agent after trip was agreed upon and paid for, particularly from a reservations/"need more help?" perspective. In fairness, I'm not saying it's their job to ask for work, but it would've been nice to hear more
