Travel Review: Trip to Spain & Italy, Florence, Madrid, Avila, Toledo, Seville, Game of Thrones Sites, Cooking Class

Your slogan, "Matching Travelers to Top Travel Specialists" in my opinion, says it all.  I was matched with this travel agent.   His first letter, welcomed me with open arms, offered fantastic ideas and relayed confidence that he could meet my travel needs.  He surpassed that by handling a late hotel reservation due to plane delays, he insured the BEST room possible for me in Florence, the car services were stellar, his suggestion to stay in Toledo was better than my original idea, his choice of tour guides shined despite our weather obstacles and his staff extended the high quality treatment.  Most of all, he met my original need and that was to spend quality time with my sister whom I hadn't seen in ten years who lives near Madrid.  By having him as my "specialist," I could relax a bit and not have to worry about the next excursion.  Subsequently, I could laugh, enjoy our meals, play cards, sing and just have fun with my family.  I will be forever grateful to my travel agent and his staff for providing this joyful memory sans the tension.  Gracias a todos!!
