We had a spectacular trip to Thailand with the guided tours....which really spoiled us….I will never go back to anything less than what you and your tour guides provided us!! Being in a country where you do not speak the language is rather cumbersome to maneuver if you do not have accommodations where staff do not speak your language. The guides often times were able to make our requests known to those who we were attempting to conduct business with. Each and every guide that was provided us were amazing individuals...we had 4 altogether, representing each city we traveled to in Thailand.  The guides were also able to make changes to our itinerary as our knowledge of events etc changed.  Thank you for such a fabulous experience….truly!!

In regards to Zicasso…. I liked their ability to connect us to the travel company and will use them again in the future…as they seem to have a niche market!  I do recall being uncertain how best to describe a budget. All travelers want the most for less. I did tell them it depended upon the services that were being provided. That’s a hard thing to determine.  We probably ended up paying about 1000.00 more because we changed the itinerary several times…I was so appreciative that you guys allowed the changes…a great accommodation worth paying for!!
