Great experience all round. Easy information flow with the agent and recommendations based on our needs. Was very well coordinated and planned without a single hitch. The quality of the services arranged during our vacation was outstanding from the accommodations to the transportation, tours and guides. Our agent kept us updated throughout our trip, and checked in regularly to ensure all was being delivered as expected.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Visited some of the most interesting and beautiful parts of Italy, each of which provided a completely different experience. Lake Como, the resort, and the tour around the lake were our highlights, if we had to choose.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Reduce our stay in Bologna by a day and use that extra day to spend in Milan.
