Everything was very well planned. A representative met us at our hotel in each city and explained the itinerary, pick up times, and things located near our hotel such as restaurants and shopping. Tour guides and drivers were all very professional and pleasant and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our travel planner did a great job putting it all together.
