The travel company organized a wonderful vacation for three generations of our family.  Marcella was great at listening to what we were looking for!  She crafted an itinerary that was a great balance of tours and free days.  The tours were all excellent.   And  the locations and hotels she recommended were exactly what we were looking for.  This trip was planned for 2020, but due to Covid had to be rescheduled twice.  Marcella worked with all of the hotels and tours to rebook things each time.  And she was able to solve a rental car issue that arose.  Marcella provided personal touches and even made a point to meet us while we were in Italy.  I would highly recommend the travel company if you are planning a trip to Italy!
